My left hand keeps throwing the ball forward, and my right keeps throwing it towards me. I'm uncoordinated af 😭

I'm learning to juggle, and the hardest part that no one really talks about is keeping throws even. I can catch both ways with 3 balls, but I haven’t found a good rhythm yet. Sometimes I don’t throw high enough, sometimes the ball goes too far forward or behind me, and sometimes I even hit myself in the face. Keeping everything controlled has been the biggest challenge.

Once you get it down start using weighted balls - you can put on muscle so fast
