There are two pieces of compelling evidence that rule out Ezra as being Snoke. First, it was said that Snoke saw the rise and fall of the Galactic Empire. Ezra was born AFTER the rise of the empire and we don’t know if he lives long enough to see the fall of the empire. Second, the official novelization of TFA states that Snoke was humanoid, but not human. Ezra, as far as we know, is human.

First of all, I do believe in this theory, it's the best so far about Snoke true identity, and it makes a lot of sense.

1. Why Rebels? Lucasfilm introduced to us SW Rebels in 2014, just two years after Disney bought the company and announced the new trilogy. Now, we all know about Clone Wars (nice show btw), the mighty battles of Anakin, Kenobi, and Ahsoka (basically, they're the protagonists). But who are these new rebels? They're the only canon characters not mentioned before alongside Rogue One people, why introduce to us right now? They're hintting to us a back story? Of who?
2. Rogue One In the new spin-off Star Wars movie, fans saw a lot of references to Rebels. The Ghost appeared a lot of times when the attack on Scarif, Chopper passed by while on Yavin 4, and Captian Syndulla (Hera) was mentioned on the backside. So, what happened to the other protagonists? Hera, Chopper and the Ghost were mentioned, but Kanan and Ezra? Sabine and Zeb are just sec character (no offense), so the mains just dissapeared? Btw, a lot of people complain about why the new stories don't have characters mentioned in the original trilogy. Ok, so Rebels was mentioned in R1, but R1 characters are never mentioned before. They're at war, their lifes will be remembered but not mentioned after they exploded, the Rebellion has more important things to do... like the two Jedis that remain dissapeared, and are probably the last ones with Kenobi and Yoda, since Ahsoka is no longer Jedi.
3. Hints in Rebels We're introduced to this really Force-sensitive child named Ezra Bridger. For two seasons we don't see a lot of hints, till the end, when we understand everything. Of course Ezra did summoned the huge monster at the abandoned clone base at the asteroid, and saved Zeb by pushing him with fear of his companion dead, not to mention he has a lot of attachment problems (with his parents, Kanan, Rex, Ahsoka, Hera, Sabine, Zeb, Chopper... basically everyone that matters to him). This attachment blinds him and make him really impulsive, for example with his visions. That he uses the Force doesn't mean it was caused by a good reason.
4. Congrats, Ezra! You have passed Sith Lord lvl 1 At the end of S2, we have the peak of this theory. We are introduced with a lot of hints of Ezra being Snoke. Finally, you may think, since this is a lot of talking, but all that was just the introductionto make you think and analyze everything. In the last episode we see an innocent Ezra following Maul to the Sith temple. He is so innocent that he does not acknowledge the old Sith lord next to him. Basically Maul is training him. They both run into the core of the temple and got the holocron. When Maul kills the seventh sister, he doesn't look at him with rejection of the atrocity, but with a sad/dissapointed face, like he did wrong, like he needed to kill her and failed Maul. He is not very skilled at sword fighting against Vader, but he is indeed powerful with the Force. Wait? I've heard this before... Little kid? Strong with the Force? Living in a desolate planet of the Outer Rim? Angry with the ones messing with his family? Practically alone? Wants attention? Has a crush on a girl even when he is a Jedi and must not have attachments? Friend with his master? Good at repairing? He thinks he is strongest when he lets his emotions control the Force? Become something he promised to destroy? I don't know you guys, but this Ezra looks a lot like Anakin. He indeed opened the Sith holocron, which only a Sith could do it. Not to mention that he spotted a Cross Guard saber while in the Sith temple and could give it to Kylo Ren (the idea I mean, not the saber itself... maybe Ezra created a saber like that one he saw, and Kylo took the idea). In sci-fi movies/series, the little things are the ones that speak louder, giving you hints. Also, the background song while in the temple (the Sith humming) is very similar to the ones played in previous movies to refer to dark characters, but the song played only when Ezra was on screen.
5. What happened then? Ok, so in conclusion. A Sith lord, out of the Emperor's sights, called upon Ezra and trained him. Ezra followed him. His new master showed him that the New Republic will be as weak as the Old and will fall upon another Empire, making the same mistakes of the one of Darth Sidious. He reject this and follow this new (?) character in the dark ways to fight the rising Rebellion that will become the New Republic. His test will be killing Kanan, like the test for Kylo was killing his father. In the battle he suffered a lot, but succeeded, and became a dark lord. When he realised that he have done, he killed his dark master for making him follow the path to kill his old master and friend. He then escapes alone to a far unkown systen. Since he hated the Empire aka Republic, he deciced to destroy the New Republic of fear that it will fall into wrong hands again, so he became what he promised to destroy (hello, Anakin).
6. Final Link Snike said he saw the rise and fall of the Empire. Ezra was born the exact same day the Empire was created, but the GE wasn't at its peak at that time. After some years of retaking power on democratic planets, the Empire had its peak around before the events of Rogue 1, and therefore New Hope. So, he actually saw it rise (Death Star and before) and fall (Battle of Endor and beyond). Reminder that at 19 BBY, the Emperor made the Empire, and even if that meant the end of Clone Wars, it was just the beginning of the Galactic Empire, they needed to reform and stablish, wich was a hard task. So, he saw it rise and fall, but never mentioned the Republic, so he must not be so old. But he looks like that thanks to the scars. His facial expressions and anger are like from a youngling but with the face of an old Sith. This may be explain by the battle with Kanan mentioned before in the theory. But he indeed has more energy than Leia, so he is younger (19 BBY + 34 ABY = 53 years old) just looking really bad. He is acknowledge of the light side, and wants balance in both, at least that's what he told to Kylo, to use the best of both.
7. Final words Since he killed both his master and ran off to a distant system, he knows he cannot be a Jedi, but neither a Sith, so he decided to be neither, just take the best of both worlds. When his master died, he needed to find an apprentice to end the New Republic, and who better than the grandchild of his enemy, Ben Solo? Also he looks a lot at the end of season 2, to Ando Serkis in CGI of Snoke.

Well guys, that was everything, thanks for reading. I do believe in this theory a lot, it makes sense to me, at least.

Although the evidence for him being Darth Plagueis is pretty strong too, especially with the theme music fact...

It's a possibility that Ezra is Snoke but I find it doubtful. That would mean that Snoke is or was a Jedi. I don't think Snoke was either a Jedi or a Sith. I think he is a new kind of dark sider.

We can't use age to eliminate potential candidates for who Snoke is. Keep in mind that some characters like Yoda and Maz Kanata are between 800 to 1, 000 years old.

Snoke saw many things, Ezra... not so much.
Darth Plagueis saw all of these things, his age does not rule it out.

That could be true, because if you have seen the star wars rebels season 2 trailer you would see Darth Maul saying to Ezra to call him his old master, and we all know that Darth Maul is a sith which means that he could have taught Ezra to be a sith PLUS, we see Ezra bowing down for him.And you would see a Jedi guard telling Canon that the Dark side is calling for Ezra. And finally, we see Ezra holding a cross bow lightsaber and we all know that Kylo ren has one as well which could mean that Ezra (or Snoke ) has taught Kylo ren how to make one.

Great Video! Not sure i see them using a Character from Rebels for such a pivotal character but it would be a pretty great WTF moment.

I have to say...I was NOT expecting this...LOL! Could be possible though. I've also heard a theory that Ezra is Kylo Ren.

The most compelling and definitive evidence that clearly states that Snoke is not Ezra comes in The Force Awakens novel. Now we know Ezra is Human and in the novel it clearly states that Snoke is NOT human so he is not Ezra.

I don't think the green crossguard saber alone means that Ezra is Snoke.

for one the biggest problem with Ezra being Snoke is age.
Snoke looks really really old and decaying in Episode 7. I highly doubt that Ezra would look that bad even if he had been in all kinds of battles like Vader or whatever Ezra would still not be that aged and decaying.

I think the Star Wars Rebels creators through the green crossguard saber in there yes to stir up questions but also maybe to throw everyone off base?

plus why would the saber be green. and not red.???

I think Snoke is either someone we haven't seen yet in the entire Star Wars Saga or a really big surprise some other way. What if the midichlorians created another being besides Anakin? Could Snoke be almost like a twin brother of Asking but raised on another planet?

wouldn't that be an interesting outcome??

also where was Ezra during episodes 4-5-6.

Well... Ezra was indeed there 'before, during and 'hopefully' after the fall of the empire.

Not a bad video. Nice theory. The only issue I have is where you say it can't be plagueis b cause he would be too old. Plagueis isn't a human, he's a muun. That means he could have a lifespan far greater than a human, like chewbaca or maz katana, or master yoda, or jabba the hutt etc.

Good video bro, I create video with the same theory. This is the best theory about Snoke.

I can debunk this with one word: Height.

I think it is more likely that Ezra will be Benicio del Toro's character if he is in Episode 8. I think it is more likely Plagueis was killed around the time Palpatine became the Supreme Chancelor of the Senate. Don't forget Snoke told Ren he has had many apprentences and we aren't even fully aware of everything Plagueis could do. I don't think Plagueis is Snoke, personally.
