I love this cause they did that sort of budget-cutting effect they used in the early 2000s.

This is gonna sound super nitpicky but, The way they animated imperialdramon makes them seem really light. With the exception of the landing, their movements being smooth don't sell their weight to me.

And, the hard cut to a destroyed forest as they land is kinda dissapointing. One of my favourite details of them destroying the castle is that the explosion light literally chanhes the landscape. Shame it's just a hard cut.
