Just watched this the aluminium extrusion is known as speed frame in the U.K. can be purchased from RS Components we use it at work for making fixtures

You could 3D print an adapter for the clamp. You could also print a bracket for the outside connection of the rails to keep them square.

Just put 4x1000 2080 profiles and 8 L connectors in the basket at Ooznest and it's £91.94 delivered in the UK. The connectors have 4 grub screws rather that 2 but like pressed rather than cast like the banggood ones.

Great idea, I've wanted the Festool MFS 700 but the cost holds me up. What you've showed gets me excited. I do not have any lined-up projects require that type of jig. But I have saved this video! The corner connectors, you found, may have Festool's beat.

Thanks great tip I ordered the 700/400/200 although not with Banggood but with Ooznest as one of the responders advised. Same stuff still little bit cheaper even with expensive postage. Again many thanks for sharing !!! Festool can be a little too much sometimes :-x
