Why are we worried about carbon capture or carbon reduction? Schwarzschild equations are showing quite close to observations. Greenhouse gases currently reduce thermal radiation to space by 342Wm-2. if you double the CO2 value from the current 400ppm to 800 ppm, a process that will take 200 years, you get a further reduction of thermal radiation to space of about 3Wm-2. People who have any technical common sense will find this 3Wm-2 too small to have any significant effect on climate.

In 2004 Canada's national broadcaster ran a series seeking to identity Canada's greatest Canadian. Rex was the spokesperson advocating for former Prime Minister (PM) Pierre Trudeau. Trudeau was the highest ranking Prime Minister on the final list, finishing third. If another network were to run a competition to identify the worst Canadian Rex might come out of retirement if he could once again be the champion for another Trudeau that serves as Canada’s PM, Justin. My sense is we need to disqualify individuals with a prison record.

I look forward to an in depth analysis of the Residential School fiasco. Surely the feds funded the schools and the churches provided the day to day operation. Student abuse, which is indisputable, aside were the schools adequately funded? How were the children removed from their parentss? Who identified which ones were to be removed. Who in effect confiscated the children? The RCMP?
