I have been feeling overwhelmed by ministry lately. And with that comes thoughts of how "I" cant do it or "I" don't have what it takes, and it's easy to get into the no-one sees/appreciates me mindset. Me this, me that.. pity party... Victim mindset.

And The truth is on my own I can't do it and on my own I don't have what it takes. BUT I am reminded that I'm called and graced for this. I am empowered by the Holy Spirit - He gives me EVERYTHING I need to run this race with endurance. He gives us the will power, wisdom, heart for people, vision, strength, encouragement, power, resources, and so much more to do what he's called us to do. Because He is committed to seeing His purposes fulfilled on earth through us. What an awesome

I've needed this song so much! I've felt hollow, numb, and suicidal for months now. And this song made me realize that my life means something. when I heard this song, I sang it loud as I could and just cried out to god.

He is my Father! This song is so healing for me since my biological father was an abuser! My God, my Father has taken me on the path of healing since I was saved 22 years ago! I now know how much He loves, protects, embraces, listens and is there every minute of the day for me! If it wasn't for His agape love, not sure where I would be! The beginning part always gets me, I am no victim. I'm a college student and for years it's always been pretty tough for me to make friends.... even since I was little. I also have what you would call social anxiety I get anxious and fear in my throat or stomach when I want to talk to others so Instead I look and just continue on with my head down. which has created this image that I am stuck up and people rarely speak to me. if yet someone would not judge but at least open the book and see that all along I'm a nice caring soul I'm just socially awkward. ... but I'm not a victim, I am who he says I am and one day he'll send that somebody or somebodies that will become my friend and I won't be as alone on campus!

I literally felt soaked in love. I am bathed in grace, strength, and beauty. He calls me out as He sees me, and I am all He pours into me. I'm a vessel, not a victim. I'm a victor, not a criminal...there's just SO much truth in this song that I want to bleed out God's love (metaphorically) to give life to others (literally).
