Abhisek Ghosh and Mateo Falgás - Rise - Berklee Valencia Campus

Berklee alumni played "Rise," an original song written by Master of Music in Contemporary Performance (Production Concentration) program graduate students Abhisek Ghosh and Mateo Falgás at Berklee a Les Arts: Veinte Veinte.

“Rise” unfolds at sunrise when a rock star, who has decided to leave all his worldly possessions to seek a frequency call, starts an intimate conversation with the sun and asks the sun to accompany him on this dreamlike journey, in which both of them will drown. The song reflects intense dedication and surrender to the reality of life, with the intention of rising ahead of everything every day.

This song was also showcased during Berklee Valencia’s virtual commencement concert on Saturday, July 3.
