i am getting big issue to migrate from 8.2.5 to 9.5.9 can you help me in this ?

I have been using drupal since 7.x about 10 years now. I used to love it. Nowadays I absolutely hate it. So many and frequent EOL, that warrant a complete rebuild of the same complicated site over and over. I am now on 8.9. And I can't even think about starting a move to D9 or D10 bacause of dependent distribution that is stuck on D8. Let alone so many modules that are D8 only...still! If I wasn't stuck on the current website I would just take the site down and obliterate the whole thing. Start over from scratch on a different platform.
