The NHL may NEVER see this again

We just witnessed NHL history! Pittsburgh Penguins goalie Alex Nedeljkovic not only had a great game between the pipes stopping 40 of 42 shots, he became the first goalie in NHL history to record an assist and a goalie goal in the same game! He is the first to ever do it, but he's also the first to ever score a goal in the ECHL, AHL (X2) and the NHL. Truly, a feat that we may never see again! This game between the Penguins and the Buffalo Sabres was a fun one as these two teams battle for points in a tight race in the East for the wild card spots. I cover it all and more in todays NHL hockey video!

Funny read is the History of the Goalie Goals where until the rule came in 1966-67 Season to stop Goalies from crossing center as Gary Smith was knocked out by a cross check trying to carry the Puck up on a rush!
