'You're just scum': Nikki Haley hammers Ramaswamy during GOP debate

Nikki Haley laced into Vivek Ramaswamy on the debate stage. They got into a heated exchange over a possible ban on TikTok when Ramaswamy invoked Haley's daughter being on the social media platform. MSNBC's Rachel Maddow reacts to the exchange saying, 'never seen that in any debate at any level'.

Vivek was calling out Nikki for HYPOCRISY! He was NOT attacking her daughter! NIKKI threw the first punch by saying that Vivek was bad for using TikTok then acts so offended when he calls her out for hypocrisy. Vivek uses TikTok to reach younger voters. That doesn't mean that he approves of everything TikTok does. Nikki had NO business calling Vivek scum. He didn't call her names. She likes to dish it out but she can't take it!
