Fern’s Birthday Week! 2 years old!

It’s hard to believe that our baby is 2 years old already!

We have a tradition of giving our kids one present per day for the week leading up to their birthday! We’ve found that this spreads out the celebration and gives them more time to enjoy and savor each gift instead of lumping them all together in one day.

Because of the birthday tradition ya'll do of spreading the presents out all week long, our family started doing that a few years ago. BEST game changer ever!!! The kids get to enjoy each present and are not overwhelmed with a whole bunch at once and then having to decide which to play with first anymore. Thank you for the amazing idea of doing this <3

It’s such a sweet relationship that the kids all have. Fern didn’t seem bothered at all that her siblings were helping her open the presents and even playing a little with them. Such a treasure!
