I have a pair of the KW181 Subs. They sound amazing! I paired them with 2 K12.2 tops. I recently bought 2 Martin Audio XP12 and I couldn't be any happier! They sound clear and the bass is perfect!

I've heard the exact model subwoofers playing bass in person, and they sound pretty good. Using few of them together can shake a medium sized auditorium and rattle some aluminum lights and air conditioner vents.

I own a pair of these and they work wonderfully in each situation our band has used them. We have the K12 top cabinets and it’s a great PA system. Outdoor or indoor, most venues, has plenty of power to provide concert level audio. For larger shows, I am sure you could double or triple them up, but linear arrays may be a better choice.

Whats the best powered 18 period? Not realy worried about cost just want the best. Im leaning towards the qsc ks118. Thanks and great videos, you have the balls to show us the stuff no one does and you have to take it apart to do so so thanks man.

3:03 It might be softer from the front, actually (that really didn't sound that great, did it?! Oh, well...). Speakers tend to have less front excursion than back excursion, to prevent the coil from coming out of the gap, as that would most definetely damage the speaker permanently.

4" voil coil even on ks118 thats why they are great for using outdoor Well at least in that price range and compare to others

But when it comes to true power and clarity I can't think of anything else besides Danley speakers yes those are huge and expensive but they do the job

Hey bro whats the average box dimension for the kw181 and does it have any panel in the box to help create the bass

I want QSC to start delving into consumer audio someday. For example a portable stereo Bluetooth speaker with 2 inch tectonic BMR drivers, tuned oval passive radiators to extend the low, and DSP to make the already amazing little drivers sound even better.

I have 2 QSC K10.2 2, 000 Watt DJ Speakers and a 1, 600 watt Seismic Audio boosted powered 18 inch subwoofer right now and soon going to getthat QSC KW181 3, 600 watt powered subwoofer in like 7 weeks or 8 weeks from today 25th day of January Saturday 2020. If Guitar Center has that QSC 18 inch subwoofer in the video, i'm gonna sound test it and hopefully buy it :D
