Sorry sir let me rephrase ; just need to know how did you connect packet tracer with windows host machine. In the video explained how router is configured but in diagram illustration I couldn't understand how did you connect the router with outside network. I understood the monitoring part. Thanks in advance

after making file in /etc/nagios/objects/router.cfg, try to make the other file like this
and register this new file to /etc/nagios/nagios.cfg.
then you can use more routers and switches

Thank you sir, all parts are very informative but in part 3 for cisco router monitoring, I am unable to connect my packet tracer with my host machine. GNS3 has this feature available via Microsoft loopback adapter. Would you please advise and help in this matter.  I am running packet tracer Version 6.2. Thank You.
