ImportError:libgthread-2.0 cannot open shared object file:No such file or directory docker streamlit

I was deploying streamlit docker web application on Heroku. after deployment when I open the URL of the web app. I saw this error.
it was working perfectly fine on my local machine. I include all the dependencies. but still, I was getting this error.

how can i fix the error in windows os. That method only applies to linux
