Thanks I do have a question, I set up a new digital products but where do you actually upload the digital product file being sold? Do you need to set up a workflow for it? It's not really explained in gumroad help area.

I'm trying to upload mp4 videos. Some are appearing just fine, while others dont show the video preview and instead is a button asking for a video thumbnail. These are not playable videos and I have no idea what the problem might be. I've even taken the source videos (flv) and did fresh conversions to mp4 but they still wont uplolad. Any idea whats going on? Gumroad help does not email back.

In the Content page, is there a way to change the images that were already uploaded, after the listing has been published? I don't see a way to erase or change them. Not on the edges of the pictures with an X, or the tool bar.

I try to upload a video but its wrong file! Ive converted it but now it says it needs to be less than 5MB? I can't figure it out!
