KCM re-launches Nampundwe Mine

Konkola Copper Mines –KCM- has officially re-launched operations at Nampundwe Mine with a target of producing over 200,000 tonnes of pyrite per year.
Company Chief Operating Officer MALCOLM MEWETT has emphasized that as the pressure to reach new targets increases, safety should remain a priority.
Speaking during the launch, themed "Bwacha Tubombe," at Nampundwe Mine in Shibuyunji District, Mr. MEWETT stated that Nampundwe Mine remains crucial in KCM's continued production of copper.
