Now more than three months in, the war between Russia and Ukraine continues to impact global markets, leaving investors wondering where they can find safety.

Byron King, who writes the Lifetime Income Report for St. Paul Research, which is part of Agora, said he sees opportunities in the gold and energy sectors.

"The gold sector, the precious metals sector, has been badly beaten up by the market. I think there are plenty of nice pickings out there," he said.

Im sorry but all this talk of energy and value spots and he doesn't mention #uranium? The only mineral on earth that right now the spot price is under the All in sustaining costs for nearly all miners except the Kazak's. There's a approx 60-80 million pound supply deficit this year alone. Has the guest not researched Uranium?

The problem with your description about the next few months is that it’s logical. But this administration is brutally stupid and hard headed beyond belief.
