So stoked that Hot Toys have released this, my favorite character from the Star Wars universe. Also the fact that there is no canonical face (since this is based on an RPG game where we can customize the character) makes it easy for HT to get away with not having to do a face sculpt lol.

Revan's the epitome of an absolute badass and also the epitome of the grey area, not really good but not evil either

Let's see:
1. Cool unique mask
2. Unique outfit that's a mix of ancient yet futuristic vibe
3. Dual wield lightsabers that are different color (one of them is a rare color)

The purple lightsaber hilt was introduced in the Old Republic expansion, and the design is a nod to the Star Forge from KotOR.

The generic lightsaber hilt is the model that was used for all single-bladed lightsaber hilts in KotOR (except for Malak's I think? Someone can confirm), including Revan's lightsaber in the few flashback scenes where you can see him dueling Bastila.

As for how he holds the "spikey" saber, there's actually a really good canon reason behind that: the corners aren't sharp :)
Seriously it's just for the grip, like the lower half of Darth Vader's hilt. Besides, lightsabers don't need to be gripped that tightly - there's no weight to the blade

He looks sublime! Excellent figure! I had preordered when announced so i hope he will arrive 1st Quarter 2025 or maybe 2nd Quarter 2025.
But as soon as it was announced I had no doubts about pre-ordering it. It's a Sith, it's an iconic figure in the Star Wars Universe, and except for the hood (and the stitching line) the rest is perfect. It's a must-have figure for Star Wars collectors and especially for those who like Jedis and Sith... Revan was a Jedi before Sith and he redeemed himself and became a Jedi again... it would be interesting if Hot Toys released the antagonist version of Darth Revan as Jedi Revan and had both versions.

Everyone must understand, or maybe not, the tremendous difficulty that goes into making a 20-minute video, with cuts, with unforeseen events, so that the figure doesn't fall while it spins, correctly focusing the figure and details, timing the images and matching the sequences with the comments and ratings... hard work entails 20 minutes of video that takes many hours and days to get perfect.

For the Base mold, I got the Wrecker and Hunter figures and they have similar bases, but you can put pegs in the bottom of their feet and position them anywhere on the base. Soo nice. I grabbed this guy soon as I heard he was on pre order, can't wait for this one to get here. That pose you got him in at the end with the hand out using the force was very nice
