The message, the energy, the music. I was 12 years old at the roller skating ring with friends and cousins when I first heard it. This song still resignates with me to this day as if it was the 1st time I heard it.

Also I hear this was a collaboration between Jimmy Ross and the group Kano. Wow, Kano of "I'm Ready" fame, really one of my all-time favorites. Just examples of the fine disco/dance music coming out of Italy.

This is arguibly my favorite disco song of all time. Why. To those who d like to know my answer. It s because the meaning speaks for itself! I met the first girl I had deveoped a crush on. On the rollerskating dance floor. We lost contact over the years. But years later, when we crossed each other s path again. We both remembered this era. More in particular. She told me. This was 1 of her all time favorite songs too.. Of coarse. We embraced. Etc. Friends forever. And damn!! I ll always remember to the day I pass on this earth. Her backwards rollerskating to this song at the rollerskating rink in roughly 1985.
