Cool! That first hole through the 2x4 is super close to the edge though. If you aren’t having an inspector over I guess it don’t really matter. Just remember not to drill anything into that spot!

Mounted the electrical box incorrectly and broke the clip on the box that holds the wire secure.

on 2 gang boxes you do not punch out the tabs you push the wire down and then the tabs hold the wires in place

Do you have to run the wire all the way around back to the box?

Is this a good way to run the wires? I thought they had to be run up and down the studs and stapled to them.
