Thank you for your video and expertise. 4th of July, water out the bottom scenario, nobody's going to come. Fixed it, plugged drain line. Blowed out with (battery) leaf blower and flushed it with water. Note: Power was turned off at the breaker box.. first thing. Once again, thanks! Jim

Daikin indoor units share a very similar design. Have option of drain pipe to left or right of unit. When I’m up there I give the drip tray a thorough clean (prevent mould from moisture) and spray cleaner down the pipe to outside. It it’s blocked you’ll work it out, doesn’t take much to clear.
May as well do the fins, careful though. Delicate, no harsh cleaners. Enzymatic cleaner best.

I have had the cover off twice and even lifted the wall mount up to make sure it isn't backing up in pan, I know it is flowing down hill, but I need to look inside the pan to see it is clogged. I don't see a like of subscribe button, but I appreciate the help.

Good tip. Had my unit year and half pouring water. I watch another video and suck it out with a wet vac from the outside seemed to do the job. How often should you check the pan before you have problem. Once a year?

My heat pumpnget clean and now I can't turn the it on with the remote keep i have to turn right on the heat pump on the wall. I tough the wires inside and it start and stop again....did someone have a answer ..

A dirty blower wheel will also make them drip out of the front sometimes, similar to low charge

What about if the unit is leaking from the back and water dribbles to the front? The condensation lines were res wrapped last year.

my mini split on hot hunid days will have a blue line down wall from leaking, small amount...what could be causing this

New 18k unit leaking water on right side of unit. Had HVAC guy come out and he said it does not need refrigerant. Drain line goes straight through the wall and outside. Any ideas? Thanks

I live in Mexico I have a couple month old mini split. The line has been flushed I'm told it drips once in awhile because of condensation. What do you think?

Don’t forget sometimes the drain tube gets pushed up when the cassette is being pushed on the wall.

Had huge clogging problems first time in 5 years. Then found out how filthy the blower wheel was. Finally cleaned it but now the unit is off an inch one side after reassembling & either condensation is gathering at the low corner of the case or the drain pan is slightly overflowing because its now level 😢. Starting to hate these things. Partially hangs over a window so im starting to get water damage on the seal, wall & floor.

My mini split in my apartment is a pioneer and I’m told by my landlord it’s only a year old (I just moved in 3 weeks ago) It was so filthy dirty!!! smelled and was blowing chunks so I had someone come clean it. Now that it’s getting warmer I have been running it more and I notice if I set the temp to 79/80 and run it for 3 hours plus it’s fine but when I have it at 70 and run it after about a hour it starts dropping water out the bottom (not where blower wheel is but bottom of unit)

On a pioneer model WS012AMF|19HLD. I was unable to get the front cover off. Does anyone have a procedure for this?
