It's the right time. They are probably dormant right now. So if you get them planted as long as the roots are still flexible and not dry they should come right back

Rosemary are evergreen. They are also one of the most easily killable plants, those two plants were dead weeks before she found them

so i planted arp rosemary last year i heard its very cold hardy even in my zone in canton ohio. so i didnt cut it back for winter i just covered it in straw. this spring removed straw and its dead, so i cut it to the ground. your saying it might still come back?

Can you tell me how to revive them? I am new to gardening and made a giant mistake when i repot them in a hot day. The leaves started to fall and and i only have the branches left with a couple of brown leaves. I’m still clueless on what to do bc I’m afraid to give them too much water and now I’m afraid i gave them too little water. Its only been a week and i feel like i can save them as i bought some trees that got stressed and were in the verge of death but resuscitated after a couple weeks.
