Sound Level Comparison: Electrolux Pure D8.2 versus Conventional Vacuum Cleaner

Comparing the sound level of the new Electrolux silent vacuum cleaner (older models were called UltraSilencer) to a Heinner Genuine vacuum cleaner.

Just curious. Is the main filter supposed to click stuck or is it just the hatch's gasket keeping it in place?
That opening on the underside front, right below the hose insert, is that a handle for carrying? Coming from a 25page instruction manual for miele c3 to electrolux's instructions that contains only 2 pages of some images..i have SO many questions.

believe that the Electrolux is Europe made, as usual for their quality and non-entry level vacuum.
Electrolux has been my trusted brand for being quiet, from Oxygen, Silencer, UltraSilencer, UltraOne, even UltraFlex.
For their cordless, although not as well known as Dyson, but, hey, none in the market has patented tangling-hair removal from rotating brush in 5seconds without lifting your finger.
