Sheikh, huge respect to you. But you do have control over the ads. Google adsense has the option to control what types of ads to display in the settings. They have detailed categories, like women's clothing, men's clothing, gambling, alcohol, and halal categories too like food. It's very detailed. And you can disable all the options that are Haram from the adsense. And then Haram ads will not be displayed on your YouTube channel.

YouTube can force ads on your videos but you choose if you earn from it or no.

Most youtube ads depend on ones search history and his own usage of youtube and rest of internet via his google account so it has nothing to do with others
