Im no scientist but, wouldnt those cloud vents that are "escaping" eventually deplete the water source on this moon since there isnt enough gravity to keep it on the moon?

Here's an idea for Nasa to really confirm this : send a probe to this planet that is specificly designed to explore underwater and if needed or wanted to you can also make it explore the land there but that's pointless because nothings on the surface but ice and craters, what you really want is to explore the waters of that planet

I live in Alberta, Canada, and we have massive forest fires right now. I have a question, because of all the smoke, the sun is a red color. I took my binoculars out may 20 and looked at the red sun and I saw a huge rectangular black object on the left side of the sun and above to the right saw a line of black Grey circles in a row. I am in central Alberta, and it was maybe 7 pm, looking west?
Does anyone have an explanation for this. I observed it two days in a row.
