Could you integrate 1/25 -2^2x

And also I wanted to ask if, when integrating 1/1+cos(x), can't we turn 1 into cos(0), like if we assume 1=cos(0)
We would have 1/cos(0)+cos(x)
And then we would use the sum to product identity right?

Could you do a video on this? please!
