Using firmware version 8, is there a new update? I heard that android 10 is loaded on newer Skyworth TV's, can one load it yourself on it and will it work on older Skyworth TV's?

I would like to ask. How do you fix problem in smart tv: youtube is not playing any video? you can open the youtube you can see all recommended videos but when i click on it, it just wont play stuck in black screen

Hi I have Skyworth 65 inch tv Model 65UB7500 when i was updating the software it did a Russia version and when I do reset it still on the Russian version how do I revert to SA version

i have a customer that after his update his tv is now turning on/off after 3 or4secs..i suspect to replace the mother board..i think it's the solution..

If you have the Skyworth OLED televisions, DO NOT upgrade firmware. Their newest firmware deletes menu options which are required to use HDMI ARC. And there is no way to roll back. Skyworth is not ever going to fix or roll back to a working version, and will not allow you to manually choose the firmware version or to download from the Internet.
