my mom. had a stroke October 10 2015. she has a book on Amazon called "pedals of poetry". how sweet would it be for her to realize that her book made it to the shelf. if it even get sells. would be happy!!

They are the reason so many book stores are gone. I use to love to go in a book store and be able to browse. I will never shop there. I like my little book stores that around my city and most of the owners are very helpful with suggestions.

Wow, that's a drab little temple of sterility. I've seen more appealing dry cleaners.

The inclusion of Amazon customer star ratings on displays feels cultish -- a hymn to groupthink. Are we really to believe that the average customer there needs to see that other shoppers approve of Catch-22?
