Boogie, First off LOVE the CHANNEL ( cant say OUR channel intil I really join) I haven't "joined" yet and I wanted you to know exactly why. Apparently he’s leaving before the playoffs 🤷‍♂️ This one doesn’t make sense considering he played all year & had a special package just for him on 3rd & long. He can enter the portal & still play in the playoffs & also every player in playoffs gets 5 days after elimination to enter. So not playing in the playoffs doesn’t make sense. He either changes his mind (pay raise maybe) or I’m thinking this one is disgruntled for some reason 🤷‍♂️

Not concerned at all Boogie! All three true freshman LBs will get play. We will get two to three OL in the portal plus a couple DL. We good! GBO!

Not really concerned about LB - I think we can weather that storm. But We Need O Linemen who can step in Quickly. I too would have liked Lang to stay, but I have to trust the coaches because they know how Critical it is to protect Nico.

I agree with you about Smith seeing the writing on the wall. We’ve got some talent coming in next year and Spillman is gonna be great if he can get and stay healthy. Definitely go to the portal for an older LB for quality depth IMO! Plus the roster goes to 105 players next year too! GO VOLS!!!!

Shouldn’t question nothing our head Coach does. Anything he does is for the better of the team. Our Coach is there everyday and he knows what is best for our Tennessee team.

I don't think the linebacker coach liked a lot of the guys we had on the team other than Aaron Carter spillman. There's a reason we picked four up in this recruiting class. Feel like he's trying to get that rebuilt quick.

I have a hard time thinking that he would get cut right before the playoffs. He would certainly play and be a contributor. Why not enter after the playoffs?

I'm not trying to be mean, but I didn't see him getting much playing time moving forward. Especially with the young Guys we have coming up. Not a bad loss imo.
