Guys, it is important to give your eyes a break tho between matches! Just look out the window or across the room. Best is to look out the window while moving your eyes around not focusing on one point for too long.

Sitting this close to my monitor would kill me

yes i can agree tbh i went from sitting 40 cm away from my monitor to around 18 cm and my aim imo was completely different (in a good way) and allowed me to focus on actually hitting heads!

You have it extremely close to your face so most will probably not even try it but 100% if you’re reading this try even moving your monitor slightly forward and it will help a ton especially at headshotting at long distances like on Breeze. I tried putting my monitor super close but my wiring couldn’t reach as well and it made me dizzy so I went in the middle and only moved my monitor a few inches closer and it’s felt perfect for me. I like to call out locations of enemies a lot so I watch my map quite often and remember who’s where and who hasn’t showed yet

i actually sat rly far from my monitor when i played valorant and when i played like that i kept missing because i couldn’t see the enemy clearly, but recently i decided to move closer to my monitor and now i can really see the enemy’s head clearer and like you said it rly helps me focus on the game more. ty for this video 👍

dont do this. eyes are more important then a video game that wont be relevant in 10 years

The most important thing to do when playing is to regularly get up and get commission blood flow. If you are a compteitive team player with scrims over several hours, just drop down and do some pushups/plank and walk around the house, it doesnt need to be much! Never had issues related to sitting tight up to my monitor doing these things on the side. Important note you had with sitting close up, it really does naturally make you sit with a better posture!

It’s bad to keep ur monitor soo close if damages ur eyes so don’t tell people to do this it’s good for games but not for health so ya

For me I just put my monitor 2 feet or arm length away for me so I can see the whole game better and screen but it's all about preference really

This is how I visualize my teammates that have their abilities' cooldown regenerated yet don't use them after 10 s have passed.

What monitor mount do you recommend using to get that close.

(ok disclaimer this is my opinion) you may see more pixels or wathever but if you are soo close to your monitor you don't watch your surroundings and can get f from the sides so the only advantage i can see is getting a pair of glasses bc your f your eyes
