How to use the Swix Wax Machine:

Learn how to use the new Swix wax machine. This machine makes it easier to apply klister and / or glider to your skis.

Follow these steps:

First, turn on the machine.

Choose the klister you want to use and open it from the bottom.

Heat the tube, using for example a hairdryer or radiator. This will make the next process easier for you.

Squeeze the klister into the wax tray, then put the roller and the lid back on.

Let it heat for 10 minutes.

Note that the warmer the temperature you set, the thinner layer you will get when applying the klister onto your skis.

While the machine preheats, you can prepare your skis.

Rub the klister wax area by using T11 Synthetic Cork with Sandpaper.

Secure the glide area by using masking tape on both sides.

Open the lid. The klister should now have become liquid.

Place the ski on the klister roller, and move it back and forth through the lister area.

Make sure that your ski base is in contact with the roller the entire time.

Repeat this process 2-3 times.

Remove the protective tape, and off you go.

Note. You need one tray for each type of klister or glider that you want to use with this machine. The klister or glider can be stored in these trays inbetween your waxing session.
