Thanks friend, you can't imagine how much that boy has work to achieve his dreams. in a country where in the weightlifting and potter sport, you often have to have a political inclination (even if you don't like it) because if not, they don't help you. Viva todos los deportistas venezolanos

Great video as always. Can't really wrap my head around why I find weightlifting so appealing to watch and learn about. Just something about so heavy weights handled with techniques that makes it look so light.
I myself can't really train weightlifting because of joint problems and especially my shoulders. So its just lighter muscle snatches and power C&J.
Stumbled over a small channel, not sure how I found it, but I really liked her weightlifting videos. Her channels name is Caramel Weeks TV.

Am I muscling/cheating my cleans/snatches if my shoulders and quads are getting bigger from my training? A lot of people lift heavier than me but haven't got the muscle development I have and I consider myself a beginner.

Honestly wonder if short femured lifters are jealous of long femured ones at the higher levels? And the other way around obviously.
