Spot on, currently have a virus that has me running well below par - so resting over next few days tho am away from home but rest and reset is priority for next few days. Also touching on something that refers back to my distant past - to deal with something practical for my future but which has brought up some very strong feelings that I actually admitted to myself made me feel I could vomit! So quite a strong reaction. On a different note I have become aware that some people who requested my support and input is doing a lot of taking and very little giving, which is a life lesson in itself to stop stretching myself out of shape ( literally !) to accommodate others - so again resetting my boundaries is required. I do healing work but have not been working for a while. I’m currently looking at trying to find a new way to work which includes reiki and mindfulness teaching= back to basics of self care and meditation to include qigong practice.
