One question: is this a king or Spanish mackerel ? If so, try to eat a smaller mackerel ( not king or Spanish ), because it contains lots of mercury...
But smaller mackerel is very healthy аnd delicious 😋

May i know whats the secret to deep frying, i see many videos would deep fry for a long time, but whenever i try to deep fry, it will burn after 30 seconds 🤣🤣 why is that, im a beginner 😂
