If you live in a colder climate tights with built in 'control top' are the bomb! I wear firm control tights all winter and look smooth and nipped in all the time. I even got maternity control top tights when I was pregnant! If you're tall remember to get that larger recommended size even if you are very slim. Love this video Mimi! I have a very similar body shape to yours and it's wonderful to see a woman rocking it and loving it. Not being able to fit off the rack clothes is what initially got me into sewing!

Hello.. I enjoyed all your info. I wear the Spanx that start mid thigh and go up to just under the bra strap. Only problem I’ve had with them is getting them on 😜, they are the correct size. this video really helped! I'm still a bit lost though, the specific outfit I want it for is a superhero suit (y'know all the head to toe skin-tight ones?) cosplay so the longer style sounds better but then I might just melt. If anyone has any advice just shoot it my way, it all really helps :)

I would like to see a tutorial on how to alter patterns / how to fix sway back problems . There is nothing more frustrating then to finish a garment just to find out there is a bunch of fabric bunched up above your butt/lower back. I made your off the shoulder dress and can't wear it now because of this :(
