If you line the pulp catcher with a plastic grocery bag, you can save time not having to wash that receptacle as often. If you rinse and clean the rest of the parts directly after using the juicer it's easier to clean. If you don't the residue gets sticky then hardens which obviously makes it more of a chore to clean.

I just bought this juicer and I have been trying to tighten up the pulp container but it won't.

Dang thing is a beast...No juicer is easy to clean...find your system
