Το βίντεο ξεκινά από το σταθμό Φιξ της Αθήνας. Το λεωφορείο μας μεταφέρει στο στάδιο του Μαραθώνα και την αφετηρία. Από τις 9:00 και μέχρι 9:30 διαδοχικά δίνεται η εκκίνηση του αγώνα και βλέπουμε διάφορα σημαντικά γεγονότα που μου συνέβησαν κατά τη διάρκεια του Μαραθωνίου. Θα περάσουμε από την τύμβο του Μαραθώνα, Νέα Μάκρη.
Συνέχισα τη διαδρομή με αργό ρυθμό κι έτσι πέρασα τη Πικέρμι, Παιανία, Σταυρό, Αγία Παρασκευή και πέρασα τη γέφυρα Κατεχάκη και μπήκα στην Αθήνα. Τα τελευταία χλμ ήταν και τα πιο δύσκολα αλλά ΄κυρίως το πρόβλημα ήταν ο καιρός. Ο εντονος ήλιος ήταν αρνητικός παράγοντας για όλους τους δρομείς. Έτσι δεν μπόρεσα να πετύχω το χρόνο που είχα σκοπό. Δεν πειράζει το αφήνουμε για το μέλλον... Τέλος του πέμπτου Μαραθωνίου Αθήνας, έξι συνολικά. Ραντεβού του χρόνου...

The video starts from the Athens Fix station. The bus takes us to the Marathon stadium and the starting point. From 9:00 and until 9:30 the start of the race is successively given and we see various important events that happened to me during the Marathon. We will pass by the Marathon mound, Nea Makri. I continued the route at a slow pace so I passed Pikermi, Paiania, Stavros, Agia Paraskevi and crossed the Katehaki bridge and entered Athens. The last kilometers were also the most difficult, but the main problem was the weather. The intense sun was a negative factor for all runners. So I couldn't achieve my target time. It doesn't matter, we leave it for the future... End of the fifth Athens Marathon, six in total. See you next year...
