Yo to turn spiderlab off there is a spawnable you can use to turn it off.

To enable it get the spawner gun go to spider lab select shoot the spawner gun on ur torso two white dots will be infront of ur hands and double tap to shoot webs

Yo disable it you spawn something called I think tool disable. It comes with the mod
