This would have been disney enforcing their EULA (End User Licence Agreement).
If this was to go to court it would be the FIRST challenge of the legal validity of ELUA in court. Something that has never been done, and that BigTech does NOT want, because their are so abusing this fact. (see for exemple, Disney trying to get out of a lawsuit).
Disney backdown on this enforcment of their EULA, because loosing that trial and paying the widow millions of dollar is nothing, compared to challenging the legal validity of EULAs, which would impact the whole BigTech industry.
This is actually as immensly important as the ginaCarano trial is to freedom of expression

what is interresting here is te fact that this prooves that BigTech sees the death of a human being as less valuable then the status quo arround the EULAs and their legality.

These people have so many lawsuits and controversies stacked upon them that they literally resorted to using a Disney+ account to prevent this one guy from suing the restaurant that was responsible for their wife's death via fatal food allergy. How scummy can one truly be to resort to that?
