You go to settings then Home Screen turn on search show on Home Screen 👍🏻

I have an app in my location services tab called spotlight but it does not have an app icon, when I use my App Library to search the app nothing comes up. Any ideas?

nothing worked. am on iPhone 11 with 16.2. Even search within files is not working.If I copy all google drive to iPhone locally - then also it shows in files and not spot light.. have to wait for 16.3 version. Wonder such basic functionality going for a toss.
