When my daughter was young she was scared of the needle, she had no problem jabbing me since she was 4, but try to jab her and there'd be trouble. My doc had a wee buzzy bee machine that sat against the arm, making it tingle. Give the shot right beside it and they don't feel a thing.

I intentionally gently squeeze my son's hands and tickle him to cause "sensory input confusion." He has health issues and he barely ever cries during blood draws, shots, etc. He hugs the doctors and nurses, chit-chats with them and tells them how nice they are. This would have been a great product then, and would be wonderful now, too!

I saw this product on TikTok about a week ago and have been doing mild research here and there ever since. I might be needing to do injections soon for a medical condition, but I have an extremely low pain tolerance. Seeing this (as well as a few other videos) has me wanting to buy this soon.

Can’t speak for this but my dermatologist had the assistant tap my back before he injected lidocaine…never felt the needle at all

This seems really useful. I don’t think this would help me very much because I don’t mind the feeling of the needle as long as I don’t watch, but the feeling of the stuff being injected is what creates pressure and pain for me.

For people interested but in a budget there are the same product but cheaper if you look around a bit
