How about, a button inside the Usercontrol that controls the Main Window to switch Usercontrol to another one?

Hi, I'm a beginner in vb.net and try to call a custom user control in some form (in vb.net strictly, not with WPF) and I don't find the equivalent of "grid" ton add my usercontrol in my form.
Is it something different? Or maybe do you know some tutorial I can find how to do it?
