Great video. Very easy to understand. However, at the end, you forgot to put the right hand blue cord through the last gray hole. See, it was so easy to understand that I spotted that last step. Thank you for posting.

You messed up at the end by not running the last blue strand through the loop. Look at your buckle ends and you’ll see the mistake.
