👉 Health is like a superhero for our bodies! When we're healthy, we feel strong and happy, and we can do all the things we love. Eating yummy fruits and vegetables, drinking water, and getting enough sleep are like our secret weapons to stay healthy. But When we get sick, it means our body is fighting off some tiny enemies called germs. That's when we might have a fever, a cough, or a runny nose (These words are of health and illness vocabulary that you will learn in this video).

The reason why many students think their English is bad, is because they use simple & overused English words all the time! In this lesson, we are going to learn some health and illness vocabulary and idioms so that you can talk about your health problems in English!

Improving your English vocabulary is the first step in improving your overall English level. Substituting simple words would make you sound more professional and advanced while trying to communicate in English.
