Wish Yoshi would offer a RS-12 muffler option (even if it's shortened a bit) on the same header/mid, since that pipe sounds so good on the V-Strom bikes.

Do you feel it's too loud? I have to use ear plugs always with my Akrapovic on my Gsxr1000R and wish it wasn't so rowdy. Thoughts on this Yoshi?

That sounds sort of awful to these ears. That said, I’m off to look at a GSX 8 now. The torque and comfy riding position make it an ideal noob sports cruiser (for me).
