It's cute but not sure if they are enjoying it, or just trying to survive, when they immediately go limp and stop moving entirely, seems . The water is deep, and they have no way out on their own to show they dont like it so have to go along with it, or else would drown, so you dont know, cant tell if they really actually enjoy it. Im a bit skeptical, and the comments from people who know about hedgehogs tells me its not all fun and games.
I guess ok if you wanna give them survival training if planning to dump them in the wild at some point, so theyre prepared for anything (yes, you have detected a note of sarcasm...)

DO NOT DO THIS.
Hedgehogs rarely swim in the wild. They swim to escape predators only when they are under extreme stress. Small animals are not made to swim; it's incredibly bad for them. These poor hedgehogs are only clinging to the floatie because they're terrified and can't get out of the water any other way. I'm really close to unsubscribing here because they seem to post a lot of viral content and care less about the health of the animals they post; it feels like a content farm more than anything. Tiger last night and now encouraging people to scare their pets to death making them think they're drowning.
If you want to bathe your hedgie properly, keep the water shallow in a tub of warm water, NO DEEPER THAN THE FIRST AND SECOND BAND OF YOUR INDEX FINGER. Very important. They can drown very easily. Always give them a place to get out to keep them feeling safe so they have the option. Not a floatie, like a towel. This is incredibly irresponsible and dangerous what they're doing in this video.
