how to completely uninstall visual studio code with extensions and settings

In this tutorial, I will show you how to completely uninstall visual studio code with extensions and settings in windows 10

Most of us only uninstall the Visual Studio Code from the control panel.
But that's not all.
you have to delete the code folder and .vscode folder (for all extensions) with shift+delete from your pc.
and
reinstall the Visual Studio Code again.
If you will see the welcome screen again it means you have succeeded.
