So i personally use the dcf850 at work buiding homes, but i grab a full sized drill for the biggest fasteners...the only thing i truly love every day about the 850 is the amount of size it takes in my toolbox.

I can’t wait to see you test the DeWALT DCN860 vs Milwaukee or Flex

Honestly the weight difference makes the DeWalt a better choice for me. Notice I said FOR ME. I agree brand does not matter, it’s what works for me regardless the brand as I like tools from all brands.

When I was over seas with the Air Force DEWALT sent over a ton of power tools for the flight line. Lowes and Outback Steakhouse also supported us therefore I’ll always be loyal to them no matter what. It’s Dewalt for me forever!

I use dewalt… not because I’m a fan girl but because I have way too many tools and most importantly batteries and chargers to turn back now… I don’t regret it but man those black tools look great and even the red ones…

I just bought a bunch of flex tools and excited to use them. I like my DeWalts and I like these better

Chervon biggest mistake was building an entire battery platform instead of just using the Ego brand. “Ego Power Tools” or “Flex compatible w Ego batteries” would have been a game changer

Nothing about the tools, but those are great screws. I've started using those in my H braces for barbed wire fence to attach the cross pole and they really draw the posts together tight. I put a small washer in the mix too on some of the softer posts and I haven't had a cow break one yet.

If I had a quarter for every time I watched a video of you driving timberlock screws, I would have enough money to put a down payment on a new car.

Just got a Milwaukee impact and drill combo because I was tired of using cheap old drills for DIY stuff around the house. Now I’ve been going down the rabbit hole of cordless drills and cordless tools in general. The tech is fascinating especially in these times. All that to say is that this guy is cool and fucking hilarious 😂😂 thanks for the laughs man

20v vs 24v. Compact vs full size. Hmmmm

The Flex appears to be about 40% bigger I would hope it's more powerful.

Well, the Ridgid and the Milwaukee are both 18v power tools.
I’m asking you to put both of them up against the best impact driver that Dewalt makes. I already know the outcome, but it will be fun to watch.
The comments, alone, will make it worth watching.

Dewalt is 18V. It is rounded up to 20V. Whereas 24V is closer to 24V. More throughput, more power.

I have the flex impact and drill and I have a few thoughts on this short.
1. FLEX tools are beastly, they are more powerful than any of the other brands my coworkers use.
2. They get HOT. When drilling and tapping hundreds of holes laying out electrical panels they get too hot to hold. So hot I'll have to stop and blow air through them for a while.
3. As a physics fan it irks me when people use the term "faster than the speed of light" the speed of light is the cosmic speed limit, nothing can be as fast or faster than light. Sorry, pedantic I'm aware, but I'm autistic so I'm allowed.
