I fucking LOVE this song! The key change at the end of the verses is so fucking cool.. I'm telling you.. Billy Gibbons in the 70s was untouchable. So tasteful. His phrasing is so freaking good..

Billy G. as a guitarist is very minimalistic and sometimes even a bit clumsy to be honest, but his sense of phrasing is out of this world.
You cannot find many people who can play same notes for hours without becoming boring. The trick is in the small details, and Billy owns bagful of these tricks and details.

One of the loudest concerts I have ever been too. My ears rang for several days after that show. So did my head. These cats are rock and roll. No auto tune not just 3 ole boys from Texas have a good time and getting paid for it. I saw them sever time each show was loud and bad ass .

Hard to imagine anything about Frank Beard being underrated. The Tejas album this comes from might be a bit underrated though. Probably my favorite of them all so I’ve never understood why it got such little airtime on the radio when I was a teenager. Great performance, thanks for posting it!
