I was seeing a fertility specialist. I have PCOS and endometriosis. I had surgery to remove the scar tissues and unfortunately my right fallopian tube was removed. This was a year ago. I had a HSG done, last year. It came out good. Last year, I tried clomid twice (with Ovidrel shots). Then I tried one cycle of Femara (with ovidrel shot). That was back in October or November. I did ovulate, had multiple follicles and my lining was great. Still nothing. I haven't don't any more tx because my hormones got all crazy and I got depressed. My husband had his sperm checked, the only thing was his sperm were irregular size, but the specialist said it wasn't an inconvenience. I don't know what else to do? The specialist said, he doesn't really understand and I could try 2 more RX cycles, if they don't work then my only option would be IVF

Do you know of follicles tend to be bigger on letrozole? I.e. I have read that the ideal follicle size is 18 to 20 mm. Mine have always been around 27mm before lh surge.

I’m wondering, at what point is infertility considered unexplained?
Also, do you know of any REIs in Utah (Salt Lake City) ?

So does that mean with previous ectopic pregnancy and 1 tubal removal counts as an infertility factor? And does the time trying to get pregnant include the time trying to get pregnant up to currently? For example, started trying in April, got pregnant in April, ectopic in June and have been trying since. Do you start time “trying” in April or June?

I’m wondering if a bicornuate uterus would be a known uterine factor or are you thinking of fibroids, etc?

What do you recommend for a couple who has male factor infertility (male is subfertile) and has been seeing a fertility specialist for 6 months with no success? (4 Clomid cycles and 2 unsuccessful iui's with donor sperm) Age - man 40, woman 38, couple has tried for 3.5 years now.
